Q. Will I be able to bring my own furniture and have a say on how my room is arranged?
A. Yes we encourage individuality and we want you to feel at home
Q. I have special dietary needs. Can these be fulfilled?
A. Yes of course we can arrange your meals to suit your special needs
Q. I am sometimes embarrassed about sitting in a large room with all the other residents. Can you help me in this situation?
A. Yes, in our Care homes we have many small lounges with TV’s where you can watch your own TV program or sit quietly on your own or with a friend you have made at the home
Q. Can I visit the home prior to selecting a place there?
A. Yes of course you can, you are most welcome
Q. If I am taken ill how will I be cared for?
A. You will be cared for by suitably qualified staff to meet your individual needs
Q. Are there any staff who will be able you spend some time with me during the day or evening
A. Yes, part of the staff duties are to interact with the Residents of the home
