Chevington House
New Wet/Shower room - Now fully functional. Residents can now enjoy a nice hot shower. All we receive is commendations from residents as most of them have not had a shower in years. No expense has been spared. The room has a shower commode as well as a power shower and Hairdressers sink.
MODERN STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN
Work began on the 18th May and is now 90% complete and functional. The new kitchen consists of stainless steel cladding, stainless steel work surfaces, double stainless steel sink and a new water boiler. All that is left to do is paint and tidy the ceiling which we plan to do within 2 weeks. Staff absolutely love it!
The Broughtons
New 26 sq/m Conservatory will be installed by end of June 2009
Start date has now been confirmed for the 27th May 2009. Contractors will start with the foundations. Anticipated complete date: 30th June 2009
2 extra rooms will be added taking registration up to 39 by end of June 2009. In addition to that a NEW SENSORY ROOM will also be added.
Southernwood House
Southernwood House has a new member of staff, Louisa White. She is one of our new Care Assistants who will be looking after the needs of the residents.
All the Staff and Management would like to wish Marjorie Fletcher
and Stella Booth Happy Birthday. No doubt there will be plenty of cake to go around. Marjorie's Birthday is on 20th May and Stella's 28th May.
