Wellbeing Optical was established in 2008 as a subsidiary to The Wellbeing Residential Group. The group owns and operates 3 residential care homes around the country. After years of experience we noticed that our residents were not getting the best in optical care, therefore combining our wealth of knowledge based on caring for the elderly and our expertise within the Optical Industry, we are now able to bring together our expertise in both fields and offer a unique service tailored to those patients through Wellbeing Optical.

For those who qualify we provide free, NHS sight tests in their home, enabling them to enjoy greater dignity and independence and a better quality of life. All those who find it difficult to get to a High Street optician can now rely on Wellbeing Optical’s mobile opticians to provide an eye sight test to them in the comfort of their own home. Our home visiting optician will provide a complete eye test and offer a full dispensing service. A wide range of spectacle frames are available.
