Our vision:

Wellbeing Care Group’s vision for providing high-quality residential care began in 2006 with the establishment of Southernwood House in Lincolnshire. Following its success, we expanded our services with the addition of Chevington House, also in Lincolnshire, and The Broughtons in Manchester, both acquired in the subsequent year. More recently, in 2022, we secured Harrington House in Bourne, Lincolnshire, which officially opened on January 31, 2023, with the Mayoress of Bourne in attendance.

Over the past several years, the social care sector has undergone substantial transformations, significantly influencing the delivery of care services. These changes have arisen from evolving regulatory frameworks and the implementation of stringent infection control protocols, notably those necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Consequently, there has been a noticeable shift away from traditional residential care models, with a growing emphasis on providing care within individuals’ home environments.

We appreciate that every individual and their family possess differing circumstances, therefore, we are committed to providing a comprehensive suite of services. It has been observed that many private care providers tend to specialise in a limited range of services, such as residential care, nursing care, or domiciliary care. Consequently, essential support services, including training, nutritional provisions, and domestic maintenance, are frequently dispersed among various organisations. We aim to consolidate these diverse services to offer a more integrated and holistic approach to care.

Working in partnership with:

Continuity of care:

Our understanding and experience over that last few years has highlighted that within reason we have had to manage most if not all the supporting needs mentioned above. After a new vision and insight to the changing needs of our clients we could offer a complete care package that would prevent the disparities in the provision of Social and Care support.

At Wellbeing Care Group, we specialise in continuity of care. We provide a wide range of services, from short stays and respite care in our homes to ongoing support in clients’ own homes. If home care is no longer viable due to space, equipment, or financial constraints, we offer a smooth transition to our residential homes. The same care staff provide support across both residential and homecare services, ensuring consistency. This also applies to clients who choose Day Care services.

We understand that clients and their families often encounter significant challenges. Therefore, we offer support, guidance, and training to those responsible for their care. Consider a client who initially attends our day care program. This provides valuable social interaction for the client and allows family caregivers some daily respite. However, as age-related conditions progress, family members may find it increasingly difficult to manage care. Often, this difficulty stems from a lack of knowledge and support. We are equipped to provide relevant support, advice, and training for these family members to better navigate their situation.
